Refund policy

14 days, no questions

If FiftyCAL doesn't work for you, email [email protected] with your order number within 14 days of purchase. You'll get a full refund processed by our merchant of record. Most refunds land in 3–5 business days; some banks take longer.

What gets refunded

• The full purchase price.
• Your license key is deactivated; the app on installed Macs reverts to the free NoScope tier on next launch.
• Cloud account data stays — you can keep using the free tier indefinitely.

Founder slots

Founder #001–#1000 slots are limited. Refunding a founder license releases the slot back to the next purchaser. Once Founder is sold out, a refunded founder slot returns immediately at the original price.

After 14 days

Email us anyway. We've never refused a reasonable request — but we won't promise it in writing past the window.

Chargebacks

Please email us first. Chargebacks cost both sides — your bank charges us a fee, and we have to dispute. Almost everything is solvable with a one-line email.

EU + UK consumers

Your local consumer law gives you a 14-day "right of withdrawal" on digital purchases unless you've started using the product. Our 14-day no-questions policy meets or exceeds that floor, so you're covered either way.
